The Combined Online Information System (COINS) is the Treasury's accounting database.
This was the Treasury's response to a FOI request for the schema to the COINS database.
The COINS database is not relational so it was not possible to provide the schema. COINS is a multidimensional database and so, to be helpful the Treasury provided the 'fields' of each of the dimensions as of Jan 2010.
The information is presented in 8 worksheets, the tab of which shows the name of the specific dimension.
