NOAA and Met Office Combined Station Data

To supplement the station data in the temperature record, I've merged data from the NOAA met station list converted to XML if anyone wants it (all 11,000 stations )

The lat/long precision in the NOAA data is intermediate between that in the climate data (precise to about a km) and that obtained by mapperz's geocoder (precise to about an angstrom)

To fetch the combined XML for a station:
